Visual effects direction and CGI historical reconstructions for major High Definition drama documentary.

For this major Discovery Channel / Channel 4 Uk High Definition dramatised documentary, 422 sent VFX director Dave Corfield to China to help direct battle scenes involving hundreds of Chinese extras. 422 then made armies of hundreds into armies of thousands by combining shots together.

Each scene shown here was a different layer - finally combined in a single composite with even the distant mountains stolen from a different location !

There were also several scenes showing a CGI reconstruction of the fabulous mercury filled tomb of China's first emperor (the tyrannical ruler and creator of the famous Terracotta Army)
