Craig Howarth – Managing Director
Craig Howarth has over 25 years of broadcast experience behind him. Building on his career at Central Television as a broadcast engineer and editor working on high profile shows such as Spitting Image and Red Dwarf, he left to help form a small graphics facility and post production house in Soho in the late 80’s. Since then he has continued to build on his track record, joining 422 South over 10 years ago to bring solid technical knowledge to the company, and now developing and managing the studio in Bristol.
Andy Davies-Coward – Chief Creative Officer
Andy Davies-Coward is a co-founder of 422. Having worked as a designer in various parts of the BBC Andy left the Corporation to set up 422 in 1988. Since then he has led the company’s creative operations, building Emmy-winning teams to service major projects for broadcasters around the world including Discovery, National Geographic, ZDF and the BBC. Andy also represents the company at international venues and events, where he is often involved as a keynote speaker or seminar panellist.
Ben Risk - Digital Content Producer
Ben has extensive experience in managing the delivery of a range of digital content for clients needing web-based delivery. He heads up a new division in 422 South that extends our services beyond traditional television into digital online content. Ben’s mission is both to help traditional TV production companies harness the power of the web to support their broadcast projects, and to give agency and corporate clients that already use digital content a taste of 422’s blue-chip creative quality.
