We are looking for a serious enhancement of our creative team through the appointment of a key talent.

The role will be client-facing, with creative authority on a project by project basis, directing teams of artists, both internal and freelance.

You will be great at empathizing with the particular needs of different types of client - understanding exactly the kind of solution that will not only delight our clients, but also blaze new trails creatively.

You will also be a great people person, knowing how to get the best out of a team - leading from he front. You will have hands on skills, either in CGI or 2D software, and prepared to get your hands dirty by producing your own work.

You must be the kind of person that lives and breathes the creative possibilities of the moving image. You will already have awards to your name and want to add many more. You must be able to prove your experience at a senior level in either broadcast TV, commercials, or movie industry.
